We have gone mobile! You can now read all our funny content quickly and easily on your mobile phone (as long as your phone is internet enabled of course). It is totally free and all you do is visit thehumorblog.com as you would normally on your PC or laptop.

You can see on the right hand side a photo of the website using my Blackberry Curve, you don’t have to have a smartphone though as it looks the same on all devices. The site is nicely designed with our logo and regular colour scheme. Thanks to Mobile Web Junkie for helping out with the implementation and doing the design.

It is designed so it loads fast, but you still get to read exactly the same good quality content. The only downside is that if you don’t have an iPhone then videos will not be playable directly in the post, you will have to click on a link to view the video. But it’s only a very small negative point, and hopefully that can change soon as well!

Andy Parsons – Britain’s Got Idiots
The ‘Mock The Week’ regular gets off his chest things that infuriate him about living in Britain! He manages to challenge your views on topics you thought you don’t even care about. Andy is definitely one of the most astute and underrated comedians around, he doesn’t get attention of others such as Frankie Boyle, but this DVD should definitely be on your list.

This is the 5th DVD to be released by Jimmy which contains 90 minutes of material which is simply too rude to be shown on normal television. Russell Howard – Dingledodies
The master of random impressions brings us a new release recorded live during his recent tour. Always bringing an incredibly energetic performance to the stage with plenty of hilarious material. Despite still being a young comedian his performances are very well put together and brilliantly executed making him a real one to watch.

London’s Ealing Comedy Festival 2009 kicks off this Friday. Here are the dates for this years event:

As I write this article Wednesday is already sold out but tickets are available on the other days. Comedians this year include some big names such as; Sean Lock, Stephen K Amos, Shappi Khorsandi, Ricky Grover and also a ‘very special guest’. So if you are in the area this weekend or next week it looks like a good night worth seeing.

Tom Cruise, most known for being heterosexual and kidnapping Katie Holmes, was murdered today when a reanimated L. Ron Hubbard bashed him repeatedly over the head with a replica Oscar Cruise had fashioned for himself out of Holmes’s bra wires.

Hubbard publicly justified his actions by suggesting Cruise was a Christ-like figure and he had lived out his destiny. Sources close to Hubbard, however, complained Cruise had twisted Scientology’s teachings by implying it was secret club for repressed homosexuals who wanted their dates assassinated and disposed of immediately after coitus. Some say Cruise was misunderstood, but no, he wasn’t.

Britney Spears, who was ejaculated into the face of the public’s consciousness when she was sixteen years of age, legal in the UK, illegal in the US but definitely worth it, died by her own hand today after suffering a karate chop depression.

She was devastated because public opinion had sidled up to Miley Cyrus and Vanessa Hudgens, blew in their ear, sniffed their hair, and dropped aggressively soothing pills into their Alco-pops.

However, to many middle-aged male primary teachers with candy floss stuck in their beards and wanted posters across Thailand, Britney died when she hit her teens.
